They have a pretty high floor as long Aaron Rodgers...there's probably not a way for this offense to finish bottom five if Aaron Rodgers stays healthy...I'm very – I mean I'm not enthused by what we watched out of Rodgers last year and nor do I expect there to be much change in what he can offer.

Rodgers provides high floor if healthy; Harmon not enthused by ceiling.

Rodgers is the Steelers' quarterback and provides a high floor for the offense as long as he stays healthy; there's probably not a way for the offense to finish bottom five if Rodgers remains healthy. However, Matt Harmon is not enthused by what he watched out of Rodgers last year and does not expect much change in what he can offer, noting he is hyper-specific at this point. Despite this, McCarthy is a high floor play caller and the offensive line is settled enough to give the team a projectable floor.
