Zay flowers...hasn't finished as a top 24 wide receiver and points per game, mostly because of how he's been used...Baltimore also averaged the second fewest pass attempts the last decade...I do think Zay flowers finally...assuming a different route tree that'll finally get used inside the red zone.

Flowers' ceiling intact despite low usage; new scheme and QB rebound could unlock top-24 upside.

Flowers hasn't finished as a top-24 WR in PPG due to usage constraints—never more than 7 end zone targets in any season. Baltimore averaged the second-fewest pass attempts last decade (24.8 in 2024); the six teams averaging fewer than 27 attempts over the past 10 years collectively increased passes per game by 6.1 the following year. New play caller Declan Doyle comes from the Ben Johnson coaching tree. JJ Zachariason expects Flowers to finally get a different route tree that gets him inside the red zone, with ceiling upside alongside Lamar Jackson, who just posted a seven-year low in PPG.
