Video: I Spent $500 on This Fantasy Football Draft
I'm taking Drake May... the advantage the elite quarterback gives us is vastly superior... the points per game gap between the quarterbacks that we're going to get here in round six with Herz, May, Burrow, Caleb versus the quarterbacks that are going to be going just a couple rounds later in rounds 8, nine, and 10, I think the points per game gap is meaningful. I think it's two, three points per game.

Selected round 6 for 2-3 PPG edge over later QBs vs marginal WR gains

Drake Maye was selected in round 6 at pick 69 based on the belief that elite quarterbacks provide a vastly superior advantage; the points-per-game gap between elite QBs taken in round 6 (Hertz, Maye, Burrow, Caleb) versus those in rounds 8-10 is meaningful at 2-3 PPG, whereas the gap between WRs and RBs at that ADP is not as significant. Mrs. Flock advocates for taking Maye at pick 69 over Marvin Harrison, questioning whether Harrison at 69 is meaningfully different than wide receivers available in coming rounds.
