Davis Mattek targeted Jackson at pick 56 as part of a stacking strategy following Zay Flowers selection, planning to 'sneak Lamar Jackson to 56,' suggesting Jackson is available at a reasonable ADP and represents a value opportunity when paired with a Ravens receiver.
