While Woody Marks is my highest ranked player here, I think I probably prefer just going ahead and taking Omar Cooper. Woody Marks made it all the way down to 154. Which, for me, I think is pretty damn good value with Woody Marks... I think you're going to get some usable weeks without a David Montgomery injury... if Montgomery were to go down, then all of a sudden he crushes.

Marks later fell to pick 154, which Rodriguez views as pretty good value. In bestball specifically, Marks will get some usable weeks without a David Montgomery injury, though Montgomery is the primary back; if Montgomery goes down, Marks becomes a league-winner. Rodriguez has made peace with the role split.
