Round-one talent at pick 147; preferred over McMillan despite Jets situation

Omar Cooper is a round-one NFL talent being drafted at pick 147 in fantasy. Chris Rodriguez prefers him over Jalen McMillan, a day-three NFL draft pick who has never had 800 receiving yards in a season. Cooper's downside is being stuck on the New York Jets, a team that won't score many fantasy points, but Rodriguez notes this is understood by the draft community—there's a reason this round-one talent is falling to pick 147.
