Price faces hurdles: Seattle's split-backfield history, Charbonnet's week 1 return; round 6-7 rank.

Dave Richard is struggling to rank Jadarian Price because while the opportunity has a chance to be there, he's not sold on it actually materializing. The highlights of him catching deep balls in training camp are fun, and he's probably a better talent than film showed last year (partly because there wasn't much film). However, Richard questions whether the Seattle coaching staff will give him the big workload of 15-plus touches per game. The coaching staff didn't give Kenneth Walker or Zach Charbonnet that type of workload; they split between them. Richard ranks Price around round six to early round seven as a cautious approach, and notes that Charbonnet could be back in week one, which makes him nervous the coaching staff won't give Price work even without Charbonnet there. Price has many hurdles to clear before being taken in early round six or late round five.
