I'm going to start with Brees Hall, who I don't think is worth the round three investment...I don't like the coaches. I don't like their decision to use three running backs for the second year in a row...he averaged 13 PPR points per game...Frank Reich has been a habitual multi-running back user.

Hall's 13 PPR ceiling and multi-back role make round 3 too early.

Dave Richard says Hall is not worth a round three investment in full PPR; he averaged 13 PPR points per game last year with eight games under 10 PPR points while sharing the ball on a bad offense. With Frank Reich as play caller, Hall will be the running downs guy only, not the passing downs guy. Reich has had only one running back average 13+ PPR points per game in 10 years as a play caller, which is the ceiling Richard assigns to Hall. Richard is "kind of out" on Hall and nervous to take him even in round four.
