Selected over Devon Achane at pick 13 as the elite anchor running back in a strategy designed to balance the fact that RBs project better than WRs for the next 80 picks. Mattek prefers Kenneth Walker and hopes Saquon Barkley goes to the other drafter. The strategy with Jefferson and Kenneth Walker is to then target explosive WR ceilings in later rounds to compensate for RB scoring advantage.
