Look at what Lamar has done when he's had a first-year play caller. His first year with Monkin, he was awesome... Greg Roman designed the offense for him. And kaboom. Yeah, an MVP year... Doyle was certainly somebody that made an impact in Chicago in their play calling and certainly their play designs. And so he's doing that now in Baltimore.
