Mattek Fantasy Football on Tank Bigsby

Limited upside as Barkley handcuff; unlikely to earn much more playing time.

Dylan Samson lists Tank Bigsby as one of his top five handcuff RBs to target in fantasy football, but notes that Bigsby likely cannot earn much more playing time in his current role, limiting his upside compared to other handcuff options. Samson had previously assigned a 17% probability that Saquon Barkley is no longer elite, which would open the door for Bigsby to earn a larger role as a very efficient rusher; however, Barkley's worst rushing efficiency season (including multiple games with 2.3-3.4 yards per carry) creates opportunity for Bigsby, and Will Shipley's designation as the passing-down back limits Bigsby's receiving work but not his rushing opportunity.
