Video: Ranking Every Week 15 Running Back as a Start or Sit
We saw the split for Hampton and Kamani Vidal last week in Hampton's first game back. It heavily favored Kamani Vidal. Kamani Vidal was in on nearly 70% of the snaps, just 30% for Omari and Hampton... It was 14 carries for Vidal, 13 carries for Hampton, but Vidal lapped him in routes run. He ran 23 routes to Amari and Hampton's eight routes... I'm going to throw Kamani Vidal into the shaky flex category. Very much still startable.

Vidal losing snaps to Hampton but still startable in split role

In his first game back, Hampton played 70% of snaps to Vidal's 30%, but carries were similar (14 for Vidal, 13 for Hampton); Vidal ran 23 routes to Hampton's 8. Vidal went over 100 yards from scrimmage Monday night but much of that came from one big catch-and-run down the sideline. Rashad White expects Hampton to continue increasing his role and eventually overtake Vidal for early-down work. Ranked as shaky flex; still startable 50/50 despite tough Kansas City matchup (eighth-fewest fantasy points allowed to RBs on the year).
