Cooks 65-97% route participation as Saints WR3; underrated PPR depth option.

Cooks has been playing as the wide receiver three on the Saints with 65% to 97% route participation this year; despite low visibility, he's running significant volume that could translate to fantasy relevance in deeper PPR leagues.
