From the video

Dylan Samson as far as I know. He hasn't practiced in a while. He was dealing with a calf injury and then missed this week's game with a hand injury... when he gets back, it's his first time back in a while. I kind of feel like they'll use someone else on the goal line... he'll probably catch a ton of passes and Shador Sanders does check the ball down a decent amount... I don't think it'd be wise to throw him in as anything more than a shaky flex
STACKED’s take
Positive signalInjury
Samson has PPR upside but injury concerns limit him to shaky flex.
Dylan Samson has PPR upside in Week 17 because he will probably catch a ton of passes and Shedeur Sanders checks the ball down a decent amount. However, he has not practiced recently due to a calf injury and missed this week's game with a hand injury, creating uncertainty about his return timeline. When he returns from his first time back in a while, the source expects the Browns to use someone else on the goal line, limiting touchdown upside. The source is intrigued by Samson more than other tight ends in this tier like Michael Pittman and Jaden Reed because he does have upside, though he also has a floor. Rated as a shaky flex.
