Ron Stewart on Ladd McConkey

VideoTop 10 Takeaways You NEED to Know BEFORE Week 16 (PLAYOFFS)December 15, 2025

From the video

Lad McConkey didn't really do anything. Nobody really did anything in the passing game. It was a low-scoring game anyways... Lad McConkey has been under 40 receiving yards in every game since week 11... Lad McConkey, I think heading into this week should be right on the wide receiver two fringes, like a high-end wide receiver three.

Under 40 yards every game since Week 11; WR3 range for Week 16.

Has been under 40 receiving yards in every game since Week 11, attributed to combo of underperformance and Justin Herbert's injury. Ranked as WR2 fringe/high-end WR3 for Week 16 against Dallas; boom-bust profile against Cowboys. In Week 15 against Texans, did not produce significantly in the passing game during a low-scoring Chargers game.
