Preferred over Bowers in round two; better positional value than TE.
Ryan Heath cites Chase Brown as a running back example he prefers over Brock Bowers in round two, believing Brown will outscore Bowers and provide more positional value than using a round two pick on a tight end. Depending on league site ADP, at least one of these running backs (Brown, Henry, Walker) goes after Bowers, making them preferable targets ahead of the tight end.
