One, I think you can make a compelling argument that Justin Jefferson is the most talented wide receiver in the league. And two, with that as well, what we can do is just look at every other season that he's played with no JJ McCarthy and see that he has finished as a top five wide receiver in points per game.

Jefferson finished as WR32 in points per game in 2025 but is ranked tenth overall based on two factors: he is arguably the most talented wide receiver in the league, and over his past three years playing 34 games without JJ McCarthy (with various QBs including Sam Darnold, Carson Wentz, and Kirk Cousins), he averaged 18 points per game and finished as WR6. With Kyler Murray expected to start in 2026, a significant bounce-back is anticipated.
