From the video

DJ Moore will be at 64 for us. With DJ Moore, I think it is a phenomenal setup with a great offense in Buffalo with very little target competition. The issue is I am afraid that DJ Moore is just straight up washed at this point.

DJ Moore ranked 64; washed despite great Bills offense setup.

DJ Moore is ranked 64 and the source acknowledges a phenomenal setup with Buffalo's great offense and very little target competition. However, the source is afraid that DJ Moore is straight up washed at this point, creating significant downside risk despite the favorable situation.
