At 90th overall (the 9/10 turn), Harvey becomes a lot more viable; Hampton would rather have Harvey than Kmet at that spot. Despite hesitation on Harvey at 70th overall, he notes that Dobbins has never stayed healthy, making Harvey the guy right now in receiving packages. Harvey was a player Hampton was very excited about talent-wise last season, but the ADP becomes much more palatable at 90th overall.
