When you add in a tough schedule to start the year for the outside WRs, it all points to Washington being the guy. He put up 90 yards and/or a TD in five of his last seven games, And was the WR19 in fppg over the final nine weeks of the fantasy season, ahead of Meyers (WR31) and BTJ (WR44).
