Once we get to the second half of the draft, there are very few guys left who caught 87 balls for 1282 yards and 10 touchdowns as a rookie. Was Thomas Jr.'s second season disappointing? Yes...But I want upside at this spot in the draft and we've seen the 23-year-old Thomas Jr. do it already.
