Harvey managed to finish as a low-end RB2 in his rookie season on great receiving and some TD luck...Denver may very well have the best run blocking offensive line in football, a great coach and QB pair for a fantasy RB, receiving volume for their backs, with the other two running backs being a rookie and the most injury-prone starting RB in the league.

Harvey's late ADP and elite Broncos rushing setup conflict with Dobbins' return and role-player status.

Harvey finished as a low-end RB2 in his rookie season on great receiving and some TD luck, but faces significant ranking difficulty due to conflicting signals: J.K. Dobbins' return with emphatic need from Broncos camp and Jonah Coleman's addition suggest Harvey is viewed as a role player rather than future star, yet he's being drafted very late with crazy-good factors including potentially the best run-blocking OL in football, great coach-QB pair, receiving volume for backs, and injury-prone competition. Joel Smyth has him on his "not drafting" list but selected him anyway in the Yahoo Matt Harmon mock draft when he fell far, illustrating the difficulty in ranking him.
