I took Zay Flowers at the 3.7. Z Flowers in week one is going to project so much better than Khalil Shakir, who is drafted as a starter in this format. It seems insane, but because we have so many flexes, Khalil Shakir is being drafted as a starter. I even considered Garrett Wilson. Actually, Garrett Wilson would have been who I kind of wanted to take. My starting lineup in week one is Drake May, Jonathan Taylor, Josh Jacobs, Malik Neighbors, Z Flowers, Travis Kelce, Devonte Adams, Andre Stevenson, and Brian Robinson.

Taken at 3.7; projects much better than Shakir in 3-flex format; week-one starter.

AJ Brown took Zay Flowers at 3.7 as part of building his team's backbone. Flowers projects significantly better than low-end wide receivers like Khalil Shakir in week one due to the three-flex format, making him a strong value pick. Brown selected him as a starting wide receiver in his week-one lineup and considered alternatives including Garrett Wilson (whom he 'kind of wanted to take'), Breece Hall, and others before settling on Flowers.
