Chuba Hubbard has fallen 4.0 spots in ADP as reports suggest that if Jonathon Brooks is healthy in Carolina, he'd be expected to lead the backfield over Hubbard. With Brooks practicing and flashing in training camp, the fantasy community is starting to believe those reports. The Panthers drafted Brooks 46th overall (Jonathan Taylor range) in 2024 to be a focal point of their budding young offense. Hubbard is a solid player who will remain involved in the offense, possibly as a 1B to Brooks, but he's slipping down the ranks of committee backfields, behind Jaylen Warren, Rhamondre Stevenson and possibly Tony Pollard. JJ Zachariason would much rather plan his draft to be taking wide receivers in this range (like Parker Washington and Carnell Tate) and avoiding Hubbard unless he drops a round or two.
