Cooper, as far as I can tell, does not... He was drafted three spots ahead of Stribling after an excellent year with the National Champion Indiana Hoosiers. And as a bigger, stronger body with excellent YAC skills, he's an excellent complement to Garrett Wilson... Even before this dip, Cooper was going in the 14th round, which basically makes him a free dart throw with easily justifiable upside.

Omar Cooper Jr., a Jets rookie WR, has fallen 5.9 spots in ADP, likely due to being a somewhat unheralded rookie rather than any on-field concerns. He was drafted three spots ahead of De'Zhaun Stribling after an excellent year with the National Champion Indiana Hoosiers. As a bigger, stronger body with excellent YAC skills, he's an excellent complement to Garrett Wilson, who's essentially his only target competition in New York. Even before this dip, Cooper was going in the 14th round, which basically makes him a free dart throw with easily justifiable upside. JJ Zachariason would be snatching him as a late-round sleeper.
