He hasn't played many 2-WR set snaps in his career so far, which has become a requirement to matter in fantasy football most recently. That changes this year. That'd mean an extra 8.2 routes, 2-ish targets and 15-ish yards per game onto Downs' plate versus last year, if the Colts don't change their personnel groupings.
