Even with hamstring issues that sidelined him for most of OTAs and a chunk of training camp so far, Lemon is still a first-round wideout in an offense that needs him to succeed. When he's healthy, the opportunity will be there to prove himself and in the ninth round there's no risk on the drafter's end. He also gives a nice stack with Hurts and Smith, as well as some insulation if Smith ever missed time.
