Williams' Tier 4 placement reflects high floor and spike-week upside.

Jameson Williams is placed in Tier 4, which is characterized by players with high season-long floors and massive spike weeks but unpredictable production. In redraft, the floor for any player on your roster is whatever you can scrounge together off the waiver wire, making these players valuable for consistency.
