Mayer is a strong dynasty target because he is a talented all-around prospect who could see his value skyrocket if he leaves the Raiders. He is a better candidate for a second-contract breakout than Isaiah Likely, and he could even see fantasy-relevant spikes this year if the Raiders utilize 12 personnel to compensate for their thin wide receiver depth.
