McMillan's rookie dominance and offseason weight gain suggest continued improvement in year two.

McMillan was the NFL's Offensive Rookie of the Year after being drafted eighth overall by the Panthers. He carried the passing game with 1,014 receiving yards (30.7% of Carolina's team total), far exceeding any other Panthers receiver (next highest was 394 yards). The source projects he won't put up massive numbers unless the Panthers' passing game becomes more prolific overall, but there's no reason to believe he won't improve upon his impressive rookie season, especially after addressing weight concerns by working back up to 215-220 pounds from 205 pounds.
