Cooper is having an excellent training camp in Year 2 and has become a trusted receiver for Jalen Hurts after stepping in admirably during DeVonta Smith and Makai Lemon's hamstring injuries. Hurts praised Cooper unprompted in an NFL Network interview, noting his strong hands, deep-ball ability from his FCS background, hunger, and diligence. Over 11 practices, Cooper has shown ability to make routine and spectacular catches.
