Waller signed with the Panthers to add depth at receiver and serve as another red-zone target. While he may not be a target on draft day, he's a viable last-ditch TE option. Last season with Miami, Waller scored four times in his first three games and added two more scores later in the season versus the Steelers, demonstrating he can be a waiver wire pickup early in the season if he returns to scoring touchdowns.
