Jordan Mason is the younger running back and so forth. If it were up to me, if I was sending the running backs out there, I would have Jordan Mason out there quite a bit more because I think that with this run scheme, a healthy offensive line, a new fullback in the mix... I think that a new commitment to the run game could make Jordan Mason very dangerous in this scheme.

Mason is a dangerous scheme fit who deserves more carries
Matthew Coller clarifies that rumors of Jordan Mason being the Vikings' RB1 are exaggerated, but argues he deserves more carries due to his 4.8 yards-per-carry efficiency. Mason has lost weight and looks quick in camp; Coller believes the team should lean heavier into him given the new run scheme and commitment to the run, though he expects a rotation with Aaron Jones to keep the veteran healthy.
