Milroe looks improved in a controlled intrasquad environment at training camp and will face the task of taking that next step in development against actual opposition. He could see reps with better supporting cast than last year, potentially handing off to George Holani or throwing to Elijah Arroyo, which represents a step up from throwing almost exclusively to undrafted/non-roster players.
