Ron Stewart calls Tee Higgins buried in rankings and takes him as the next highest ranked player after Malik Nabers in full PPR format. Stewart acknowledges it's a luxury pick given a cluster of receivers (Waddle, Garrett Wilson, Ladd McConkey, Trey Palmer, McMillan, Luther Burden) all in the same tier, but doesn't overthink it and takes Tee.
