Collins is one of the best players at his position since 2023 (2nd in yards per route, 10th in targets per route, 6th in first downs per route) while running a real-deal route tree as the Texans' X-receiver; his only question is availability, but he did the vast majority of that damage with C.J. Stroud under center and has WR1 upside if he stays healthy and the offense stabilizes under Nick Caley in Year 2.
