Webb takes over playcalling duties from Sean Payton as a first-time playcaller, which is concerning both from a 'is Payton checking out' standpoint and from uncertainty about Webb's ability to execute. While Payton wouldn't hand over the reins to just anyone and Webb was on head coaching shortlists, this is a concerning variable for an offense that needs to figure out how to attack the middle of the field and be more explosive.
