Willis fits the breakout archetype as a dual-threat QB who hasn't yet had a complete season as a fantasy star. The 27-year-old rediscovered his game as a Packers backup over the last two seasons, posting rushing totals of 41, 60, and 73 yards across three relief starts while averaging a touchdown per outing on the ground; he finished as a top-seven fantasy QB in two of those three contests. The Dolphins signed him to a three-year, $67.5 million contract this offseason.
