Smith's 28.1% sack rate was 4th-worst in NFL; key reason for Raiders' offensive struggles.

As the Raiders' previous starting quarterback, Smith was sacked on 28.1% of his pressures last season, the fourth-worst rate among qualified NFL quarterbacks.
