Yahoo Fantasy Football on Justin Jefferson
From the article
One of the most disappointing draft picks of the 2025 season was Justin Jefferson, whose first-round ADP was rewarded with a WR30 finish in fantasy points per game, as Jefferson struggled through life with the likes of J.J. McCarthy, Carson Wentz, and Max Brosmer under center.
STACKED’s take
Jefferson's Murray addition offers high-ceiling bounce-back from WR30 finish.
Jefferson was one of the most disappointing draft picks of 2025, finishing as WR30 in fantasy points per game after struggling with J.J. McCarthy, Carson Wentz, and Max Brosmer under center. A perennial top-10 PPR receiver prior, Jefferson posted just three top-12 PPR games and managed two touchdowns last season. The addition of Kyler Murray, which the Vikings hope will yield a Sam Darnold effect as seen in 2024, immediately bolsters Jefferson's fantasy stock for 2026. Jefferson is a high-ceiling pick who could easily return to elite fantasy status if things work out with Murray under center, though a bad Murray performance could result in the team turning back to McCarthy.
