From the episode

Brock powers, 16th... As long as the knee checks out, he's going to dominate... I moved Brock Bowers up a little bit. Um, and hopefully I don't see that dang piece of tape on his knee.

Positive signalProjection

Bowers 16th overall; knee health critical; elite target share suits PPR.

Ranked 16th overall in full PPR (matching consensus); Saquon Barkley moved him up in full PPR because elite tight ends with high target shares are more valuable in PPR than touchdown-dependent options like Mark Andrews; 'as long as the knee checks out, he's going to dominate'; Saquon Barkley hopes not to see concerning tape on knee during training camp.
