Dataroma on Jaylin Noel

Have thought about this some more and since moved Tank Dell down a decent bit, and consequently moved Jaylin Noel up. The latest reporting on Tank's injury has been pretty concerning, a candidate to start the season on IR with no exact timetable for return. Not only bearish for Tank himself obviously, but gives Noel plenty of time to breakout/establish himself as the WR2 here.
