I moved Collins to WR7 in half-PPR. He is going to completely dominate targets... Nico could be one of the rare 30+% target share guys. I think losing Higgins helps Collins, even if the Texans are slightly worse.

Winks expects Collins to completely dominate targets and believes the Texans will pivot to even more 2- and 3-TE sets without Higgins. Winks doesn't believe in Jaylin Noel, Tank Dell, or Xavier Hutchinson as volume plays and sees Kayshon Boutte and Darius Slayton-type players as pure deep threats. Winks projects Collins could be one of the rare 30+% target share guys and prefers the volume more than anything.
