The former Raven has elite speed that will make him a nice fit as an outside runner in Mike McDaniel's offense, which McDaniel has made clear will use Mitchell and Kimani Vidal in large doses behind starter Omarion Hampton. Mitchell has averaged a whopping 6.3 yards per carry on 121 career carries, so his potential, even in a limited role, is tantalizing.
