Cleveland added KC Concepcion and Denzel Boston at receiver, so the target tree is not empty, but Fannin has already shown he can operate from multiple spots and create after the catch. At basically the same ADP cost as Pitts (71 vs. 73), the source prefers Fannin because he is not competing with the best running back in football (Jahmyr Gibbs) and a top-10 receiver on the outside (Amon-Ra St. Brown) like Pitts is in Detroit.
