Kincaid's TE1 per-route efficiency and potential route-share increase offer top-10 upside.
Kincaid has been consistently good since his rookie season and came closest to great early last season before injury; on a per-route basis, he is the literal TE1 in fantasy with yards per route ranked third in the entire NFL (behind only Puka Nacua and Jaxon Smith-Njigba), yet he ran only 42% of routes after his PCL injury. Prior to injury, his route share was above 60%, which would make him a mid-level TE1; if fully healthy entering Year 4 with a slight increase to 65-70% route share in Buffalo, being a top-10 fantasy TE is closer to the floor with potential for much more.
