Washington failed to make consistent impact after Tyreek Hill's season-ending injury last year, but the passing attack struggled overall and led to a quarterback change. He's shown flashes of playmaking ability in his first two years but needs a big leap forward to emerge as a fantasy option. The departures of Hill and Jaylen Waddle position him as the new No. 1 target in the Dolphins offense. At 25 years old in his third season, he's headed toward a career year; the question is whether his stats will reach high enough to make him a weekly starter.
