My highest ranked name is Xavier Worthy. We'll take Worthy in the 10th. Maybe, just maybe, the reason why he was garbage last year was the shoulder injury... I can spin a little story to myself that, 'Oh, what if Worthy's actually good? He just looked bad last season because he got injured at the beginning of the year.' And he comes back healthy this season with Mahomes healthy, and all of a sudden we are getting somebody that was going in the fifth round of drafts last season in the 10th round of drafts this year.
STACKED’s take
10th-round sleeper with fifth-round pedigree if shoulder injury was the issue.
Xavier Worthy is the source's highest-ranked name at this draft position and is selected in the 10th round. The source acknowledges multiple downside risks: shoulder injury may have caused poor performance last year, he is too small to see a lot of volume, and the Chiefs offense may be more run-heavy this year with Mahomes coming off an injury potentially reducing efficiency. However, the source frames Worthy as a speculative 10th-round pick with upside: if the shoulder injury was the primary cause of his poor performance last year, he could return healthy this season and represent significant value, as he was going in the fifth round of drafts last season but is now available in the 10th round.
