Harold Fannin, Jr. (ADP 67, my rank 74). I like both players. This is more about draft strategy. At the point where these guys are going as the TE5 and TE6, there are a lot of intriguing running backs and receivers that I'd rather take, and I'll fill in a tight end as there are a bunch I like who are going 4-5 rounds later. In Fannin's case, I also worry about the Cleveland QBs and the addition of two highly drafted rookie wide receivers.
