Cooper had a couple nice catches during the public practice and is more ready to contribute early in the season than Lemon is at this moment in time. Zack Baun argues that if the Eagles had to play a game today, Cooper is one of the Eagles' best three receivers. However, Cooper also had a bad drop and there was a rep where it didn't look like he was on the same page as McKee. Cooper is in the running to be the Eagles' punt returner and took reps in that role.
